We had a great time at the Blackwater Glamping Pods for a short stay. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to hiking trails and within walking distance of dining and shopping options. Our cabin was small but cozy, offering good value for money. The highlight was the beautiful riverside setting, and after a long hike, the hot showers and dry rooms were a welcome treat. We can't wait to return, hopefully with better weather!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We had a perfect stay at this glamping site with our family. The pods were cozy and well-equipped with a kitchen and a dry room for our hiking gear. The staff kept everything clean and there were extra storage containers outside the pods. The location was ideal, close to Glencoe and with nice hiking paths nearby. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We loved the beautiful views and the easy access to various walks in the area.
One small downside was the lack of a bedside lamp in the pods, but it didn't bother us much as we used our head torches instead.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay in the glamping pods. the cozy and spacious pods provided a comfortable retreat during the festive season. the location, right on the West Highland Way, was perfect for our outdoor activities. We enjoyed the convenience of having a kettle and microwave in the pod, allowing us to heat up our homemade meals. the nearby pub and well-stocked shop were just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a meal or any necessities. Plus, it was fantastic that the entire town of Kinlochleven was dog-friendly, so our furry family member felt right at home. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.
the river opposite the pod was very fast flowing due to the wet winter, which could be a concern for families with young children. the shower capacity could be increased, especially during peak times when the hostel is fully booked.

I had an exceptional experience at the glamping pods. The location was spot on, with beautiful views of surrounding hills and a tranquil river. The pods were well-equipped, warm, and private, allowing me to be in direct touch with nature. The room was clean with comfortable mattresses, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The staff were pleasant and the parking facility was ample. Additionally, the showers and drying room were a great convenience for hikers.
It would have been helpful to have mugs, plates, and cutlery provided or made clear in advance that they were not included.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the shower and toilet block. the site itself was tidy and you could tell it was well looked after. the location of the pods was great, situated close to both Glencoe and Fort William, offering easy access to snow sports and other outdoor activities. there were nearby amenities such as a pub, a chippy, and a little co-op, making it convenient for purchasing food and drinks.
The reception was only open during a short period in the middle of the day, which made it difficult to reach the staff for any inquiries or payments. It would have been much more convenient if the reception was also available during breakfast hours.

The beds were warm and comfortable, and the showers had plenty of warm water. I also liked the nice covered sink area and the benches outside, although unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use them.
